He holds pro-bono positions with OpenUK and the Linux Foundation, and is an author, keynote speaker, and commentator on the future of technology.
Sam brings extensive expertise in cloud native, cybersecurity, software engineering, and AI recruitment leadership, having spent his career helping organisations secure exceptional technical and leadership talent. As Managing Director of CP Network and Head of Talent at ControlPlane, he partners with businesses globally to build the teams behind some of the industry’s most innovative platforms, products, and security programmes.
Jason is a seasoned technology executive with more than 25 years of experience in high-growth technology businesses across cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, data, AI, and professional services. Having built and led global teams across engineering, consulting, sales, and operations, Jason brings a deep understanding of the technology talent landscape and helps organisations identify and secure exceptional leaders and technical specialists for transformation, growth, and operational excellence.
Ben’s expansive background spans corporate finance, strategic advisory, and operational leadership, where he has helped build and scale finance, legal, and commercial functions within fast-growing technology and cybersecurity businesses. He brings deep expertise in international growth, commercial governance, and financial strategy, providing the operational and financial leadership that underpins sustainable business growth.
